The House Plus™ Construction Management System was created by two exceptionally qualified builders to help other builders and construction managers build homes and other type buildings faster and better. To become familiar with the system, we recommend you purchase the main House Plus™ book. Then before you begin construction, we recommend you purchase Booklet 1 and Booklet 2 to become more familiar with the entire system. Booklet 1 and 2 include all construction interactive aids. Booklets 3,4, and 5 offer you additional aids as you need to manage additional houses or other type small buildings. Order Booklet 3, Booklet 4, and/or Booklet 5 as your needs require.

Please keep in mind, we have found it is often easier and better in many respects for a construction manager to use paper construction aids than it is to use the aids on a computer, especially on the job site or when in his or her vehicle.

Booklet 1 of the House Plus™ Management System contains well thought out interactive aids for scheduling the natural sequential steps required to construct a house or small building. It includes the House Plus™ Construction Control Board and the House Plus™ Construction Control Board Extension. One copy of each is included in this booklet.

The control boards are at the heart of the system. Either of these two control boards are the key construction aids that help schedule, quicker an more efficiently, the steps of each construction phase with their suppliers and subcontractors. Using either well designed control board allows a construction manager to spend his or her time on other important duties.

The House Plus™ Construction Control Board is primarily use to schedule the construction of one home or other type building. If you are building two or a few, you can order Booklet 4 which includes 2 copies.

The House Plus™ Construction Control Board Extension was designed so that builders constructing a few to many homes at the same time can schedule and see at a glance the construction progress of up to fifteen homes or small buildings. It is a handy logically laid out interactive table that allows you to schedule and keep track of all natural construction steps from beginning to end. If you are constructing more than fifteen houses or small buildings, you simply can order Booklet 5 which includes one copy of the extension.
